Srinagar, Oct 18 (KB): Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Vigilance Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu/Srinagar, on Tuesday ordered posting of Police officers in the Anti Corruption Bureau.
According to an order issued by Government of Jammu and Kashmir General Administration Department (Vigilance) Civil Secretariat, Jammu/Srinagar, a copy of which is in possession of Kashmir Bulletin (KB), reads that in the interest of administration, it is hereby ordered that, the following Inspectors posted in the Anti Corruption Bureau, J&K, upon their promotion, are posted as Deputy Superintendents of Police in the Anti Corruption Bureau, J&K, with immediate effect:
“Mr. Farooq Ahmad Wani, EXK952531, Mr. Khursheed Ahmad Wani, EXK952276, Mr. Gurmeet Singh, EX3005598, Mr. Laxmi Kant, ARP984182, and Ms. Champa Devi, EXJ955635,” reads the official order copy.
“The following Deputy Superintendents of Police, posted in the Anti Corruption Bureau, J&K, are repatriated to Home Department for further posting:”
“Mr. Zafar Iqbal Nawaz, JKPS-116035, Mr. Rameez Rashid Bhat, JKPS-125734, Mr. Masood Ahmad Beigh, JKPS-901873 and Mr. Rais Ahmad Mir, JKPS-125763.”
Further, “Mr. Ashwani Kumar, PID No. EX3956273, Inspector, posted in the Anti Corruption Bureau, upon his promotion as DySP, is repatriated to Home Department for further posting. By order of the Government of Jammu & Kashmir.” (Kashmir Bulletin–KB)
