Budgam, 23 Oct (KB): Budgam police on Sunday late evening, issued a traffic advisory for pilgrims who are returning from Chaar e sharief Urs.
Budgam police as per Kashmir Bulletin–(KB), said that a fire incident broke out in a shopping complex at chadoora market opposite Tehsil office around 17: 30 hrs. 05 tenders were rushed in and fire men along with police and magistrate on spot controlled the fire by 18: 45 hrs, however fire engulfed some structures and 02 shops in the upper storey of the complex.
“As per reports, no loss of life, or any injuries. Cause of fire is being ascertained. Locals and firemen are clearing debris and checking gutted portion and adjoining structures,” they added.
Further, “Pilgrims who are returning from Chaar e sharief Urs are requested to bear with traffic halt. Police is managing diversions of traffic, they said.” (Kashmir Bulletin–KB)
