Srinagar, Sep 15 (KB): Police on Friday, said they have arrested an individual on basis of order issued by Hon’ble court, for criminal conspiracy, intimidation, extortion, giving false information, defamation etc.
Sharing details on the social media platforms, X (Twitter), police as per the Kashmir Bulletin– (KB), wrote the Sadder Police station has registered FIR No 88/2023 under sections 120-B, 177, 386, and 500 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against Mr. Majid Hyderi, son of Mr. Jahangir Hyderi and a resident of Peerbagh.
This action comes in response to an order issued by the Hon’ble Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMIC) in Srinagar.
“FIR No 88/2023 U/S 120-B, 177,386,500 of IPC registered in Sadder PS on basis of order issued by Hon’ble court of JMIC Srinagar. One Majid Hyderi S/o Jahangir Hyderi R/o Peerbagh arrested for criminal conspiracy, intimidation, extortion, giving false information, defamation etc,” Srinagar Police Tweeted. (Kashmir Bulletin–KB)
