GMC Anantnag Recruitment 2023- Eligibility, Salary, Selection Process, Important Dates and Full Notification: Govt. Medical College Anantnag has invited online applications from eligible candidates of UT of J&K for the engagement of Technical Assistant, Anesthesia Assistant, Theatre Assistant, Nursing and Paramedical Staff, Audio Visual Technician, Radiography Technician, Clinical staff for causality Bed, Dental Technician, ECG Technician posts.

These posts are initially for a period of one year extendable up to a maximum of six years (on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance) or till the selection is made by the competent authority on a regular basis, whichever is earlier.

The last date for the submission of online applications is extended upto 15 Feb 2023.

Educational Qualification:

• Technical Assistant/Technician: 10+2 with science or above qualification, with Diploma in Laboratory Assistant Course or having a Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology Course from a recognized Institute/State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
• Anesthesia Assistant/Technician: 10+2 with science or above qualification, with Diploma in Anaesthesia Assistant Course or having a Degree in Anaesthesia Technology from a recognized Institute/State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
• Theatre Assistant/Technician: 10+2 with science or above qualification, with Diploma in Theatre Assistant Course or having a Degree in Operation Theatre Technology from a recognized Institute/State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
• Nursing and Paramedical Staff: 10+2 with science or above qualification, with Diploma in Medical Assistant Course from a recognized Institute/State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
• Audio Visual Technician/Technician Aids: Diploma / Degree in Electronics & Communication from any recognized institute.
• Radiography Technician: 10+2 with science or above qualification, with Diploma in X-Ray Assistant Course or having a Degree in X-Ray Technology from a recognized Institute/State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
• Clinical staff for causality Bed: 10+2 with science or above qualification, with Diploma/Degree in Medical Assistant Course from a recognized Institute/State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
• Dental Technician: 10+2 with science or above qualification, with two-year Diploma in Dental Assistant Technician Course from a recognized Institute/State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
• ECG Technician: 10+2 with Science or above qualification with a Diploma in X-Ray assistant/ Technician with three months of specialized training in ECG from any recognized Institute/State Medical Faculty/J&K Paramedical Council.

Age Limit:

The age at the time of submission of the application form must not be:
– Below 18 years
– Above 63 years

Application Fee:

Applicants have to pay Rs.200/- in the shape of a Demand Draft and credit into the Account of the Principal, GMC Anantnag.

Selection Process:

The selection will be done on the basis of merit obtained in the written test.
