GV Sundeep Takes Over as SSP Srinagar
Srinagar, April 21 (KB): Shri GV Sundeep Chakravarthy, IPS, formally assumed charge as the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Srinagar on Monday.
Upon his arrival as per Kashmir Bulletin at the District Police Headquarters, he was warmly received by senior officers of the district. A ceremonial Guard of Honour was presented in his honour.
In a brief but dignified ceremony, the outgoing SSP, Shri Imtiyaz, officially handed over the responsibilities to Dr. GV Sundeep Chakravarthy.
Following the takeover, SSP Sundeep held an introductory meeting with district police officers, where he emphasized the need for dedicated service and proactive policing. He urged officers to remain committed to public welfare and work diligently to address community concerns.
The officers extended their full support to the new SSP and pledged to work collectively under his leadership. (KB)
