Lady Teacher Dies After Being Hit by Dumper in Budgam

Srinagar, Feb 20 (JKNS): In a tragic accident a government school teacher died after being hit by a dumper in Old Town Budgam area of Central Kashmir Budgam district on thursday.

Sources told news agency JKNS that a government school teacher died after being hit by a dumper bearing registration number HR55AR 5574, and was driven by an unidentified person.

She was rushed to DH Budgam where doctors declared her brought dead, they said.

The victim was identified as Shaista, wife of Fayaz Ahmad Dar, a resident of Housing Colony Ompora, they added.

Cognizance of the incident has been taken, further investigation started. (JKNS)
