Lok Adalat scheduled on December 9 to dispose off pending e-challans, informs Traffic Police Rural Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 01 (KS): Traffic Police Rural Kashmir has informed all motorists/violators against whom e-Challans are pending to cause their presence before the Court of Special Mobile Magistrate on December 9, 2023 for a Lok Adalat to get their challans disposed off.

“All motorists/violators against whom e-challans for different violations are pending before the Hon’ble Court of Special Mobile Magistrate Traffic Kashmir are informed through the medium of this note that Hon’ble Special Mobile Magistrate Traffic Kashmir vide order issued under endorsement number 275-SMMT-SGR dated 20.11.2023 has communicated that National Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held on 9th of December, 2023 in which pending e-challan cases shall be disposed off”, reads a press release, as per news agency Kashmir Scroll.

“As such, all such motorists/violators, (particularly whose vehicle details are given in Annexure-A of this notice) are informed to cause their presence before the Hon’ble Court of Special Mobile Magistrate Traffic Kashmir on scheduled Lok Adalat viz. 9th of December, 2023 for immediate disposal of their pending e-challan cases”, reads the statement further.
