Bhaderwah, September,27: Today Municipal committee Bhaderwah conducted program under the theme “Kachra Alag karo Amrit Diwas” under the ageis of Azadi ka Amrit Mohatsav.
T-shirts & Caps, pamphlets were distributed regarding segregation of Wet and Dry waste at source in various wards of Municicipality under Azadi ka Amrit Mohatsav Programme.
A massive rally was organised which started from Passri Adda after passing through main market & culminated at Mohala Khakal and awareness regarding door to door collection and segregation of waste at source were made before disposal in the municipal vehicles were also highlighted.
President MCB Dr Shahid Mughal, Executive Officer MCB Mr Yousuf ul Umar & Vice President Mr Rishi Kotwal themselves along with other staff & elected members conducted door to door campaign and two dustbins each i.e blue & green were also distributed among the households.
