Saqib Rather 21 years old boy hailing from Awaneera area of district Shopian pursuing B.Tech from Punjab Technical University Ludhiana who is the graphic designer and photographer.
During an interview Saqib said that he had started graphic designing from 2020 where he made a poster for Qabul Bukhari’s song “Be Wandhai Jaan Latiye” who is a prominent Kashmiri folk music singer then he redesigned the poster for one of the musical sensation of Kashmir Ishwaq Kawa’s song “Zarum Na Doorer” .
He had made many posters for music artist of Kashmir Waqar Khan and Parvaiz Nowpori for “Dilbar Saman”.
Apart from this Saqib had worked for Kashmir’s first podcast app and had made posters for its name “Aao Unhe Yaad Karai” and also made posters for a talkshow namely “Chai with Faizan”.Not only this Saqib had made posters for Feeding Kashmir Youth Kashmir Based Organization,Unfound Talent, Kashbeatz. He had made posters of many advertisements and book covers too.
Saqib being a photographer has contributed his photos to Shutterstock an American provider of stock photography, stock footage, stock music, and editing tools, and Pixabay which
is a website for sharing photos, illustrations, vector graphics, film footage and music, exclusively under the custom Pixabay license, a modified and somewhat more restrictive version of the Creative Commons CC0 license.
In the end of the interview Saqib said that youth should promote their talent as much as they can.God has bestowed everyone with some kind of specialities, it is that we need to come up with the best within us so that we can serve our nation with the best. Try to come up with the potentials within you and reach the heights of success. As “Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence.”
