New Delhi Sep 23 (KB): Ministry of Home Affairs ordered transfer of 1993 batch IAS officer Prashant Goyal AGMUT to Jammu and Kashmir from Puducherry.

He has served as Principal Secretary (Finance, Planning and Information Technology)
