Srinagar Sep 02 (KB): Police on Friday said they have arrested one accused person for raping a minor girl of Maloora 4 days ago, they said.

 

Talking to Twitter, Srinagar Police as per Kashmir Bulletin–(KB), said that, “One accused namely Aijaz Ahmad sheikh S/o Ghulam Nabi sheikh R/o Zewan, Khunmoh arrested for raping a minor girl of Maloora (name withheld), 4 days ago.He was absconding after the crime.”

Moreover, “a case under FIR No 24/2022 under relevant sections of IPC & POSCO act was already registered,” they said. (Kashmir Bulletin–KB)
