Police Arrest Eight for Creating Fake Replica of Kaaba

Srinagar, Feb 11 (KNS): The police on Tuesday arrested eight people for their involvement in creating a fake replica of the Kaaba for an individual identified as Razaq Bab.
The arrests were made following an investigation into the unauthorized construction of the replica.
A senior police officer confirmed the development, stating that all those involved in the act, including the carpenter who built the structure, had been taken into custody. “Eight people have been arrested.

They include those who helped in constructing the replica as well as those who collected funds for it,” the officer said.
Construction of fake replica he incident has drawn public anger prompting police to take action, officials have assured a thorough investigation into the matter.
