Schools in Jammu to observe 10-day winter vacation from Dec 26 to Jan 04, read more

 

Jammu, Dec 22: The authorities on Thursday announced 10-day winter vacation for schools in summer zone of Jammu division from December 26.

 

According to an order, a copy of which lies with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), all schools in summer zone will observer winter vacation from December 26 to January 04.

“It is hereby ordered that all Government and recognised Private Schools of Summer zone of Jammu Division shall observe winter vacation from December 26 to January 04,” reads the order.

 

It reads all teachers shall remain available on demand for any online guidance of students during vacation period.

 

“Any default on part of the Head of the Schools and Teaching staff in observance of the above schedule shall attract action under Rules,” it reads—(KNO)
