Whereas, the Administrative Department vide letter No.INF/PR-Esstt0G/NG/ 18/2021 dated 22.06.2022 has conveyed approval for appointment of Mr. Pawan Kumar S/o Late Hans Raj R/o Mandir Mohalla, Doda under open merit category against the post of Cultural
Assistant (Junior Scale), District Cadre Doda carrying the Pay Band of Level-2 (Rs.19900-63200) in the office of District Information Officer, District Information Centre, Doda with immediate effect. The appointee shall report to the District Information officer, Doda within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this order. In case of failure of the appointee to join within the stipulated period, his
appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice.

The appointee shall be allowed to join only on production of the following certificates (in original);
1. Academic/Technical qualification certificates.
2. Matriculation/date of birth certificate.
3. Domicile Certificate
4. Health certificate from the concerned Chief Medical
Officer of the District.
5. Certificates from the District Industries Centre (DIC) and District Employment and Counselling Centre to the effect that no loan under the self employment scheme has been obtained by the appointee.
The appointment of the candidate shall further be subject to the following conditions:
i. The appointee shall give an undertaking in the shape of affidavit to the effect that if, on verification, genuineness of the qualification certificates from the concerned issuing authority is found fake/forged, the claim of the appointee for appointment as Cultural Assistant
(Junior Scale) shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio and the legal action as warranted, per
rules shall be initiated against him.
ii. The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to him unless a satisfactory report in respect of (a) above is received in his favour.
iii. The appointment of the Candidate shall be governed by the “New Pension Scheme” as per SRO 400 of 2009 dated 24.12.2009.
iv. The appointee shall be on probation for a period of two years in terms of CCA rules 1956.
The appointment of the above candidate shall be subject to the final outcome of writ petition(s) if any court of the competent jurisdiction.
