Srinagar, Sep 01 (KB): Known separatist leader and former president of the Jammu Kashmir National Peoples Party Syed Salim Geelani formally joined the People’s Democratic Party.
The announcement was made at the PDP headquarters in Srinagar, marking a political somersault by the separatist leader.
He is likely to contest the forthcoming assembly elections from the Khanyar constituency.
