Employment News: College Principal PK Srivastava told that there will be placement on November 21 by Tata Motors and NTTF. Children from outside will also come here to take part in the placement. All the preparations have been completed. This is a golden opportunity for the students.

colony. Unemployed youths are going to get a golden opportunity. Tata Motors and NTTF will give jobs to unemployed people with ITI degree. This is the first time for Basti, when such a big company is going to give jobs to the youth here. Tata Motors will come to Basti’s Government ITI College on 21st November and will give placement to the students who have completed ITI under Learn and Earn programme. Tata Motors will give jobs to 200 youths from Basti alone.

As a fitter, ITI passout Monu Dubey told, ‘This is like a dream for us youth. It is a dream come true for us to be associated with Tata Motors. We are very excited. In this placement of Tata Motors, students of Fitter, Electrician, Electronic, Mechanic, Turner, Machinist, Automotive etc. courses will get a chance.

Only those youth who wish to work in Tata Motors can join this placement program, whose age is 18 to 23 years and they have done ITI in the relevant trade. Such youths will have to reach the Government ITI College of Basti by 10 am on November 21 with all the educational certificates like high school marksheet, ITI marksheet, four passport size photographs, PAN card, Aadhaar card etc. After filling the placement form, you will have to give interview when your turn comes.

Anmol, a student of ITI Basti’s mechanic course, said, ‘We are already preparing for the interview. All the staff of our college are also giving full cooperation to us. Right now we are 18 years old. If from now on we will get work in a big MNC company like Tata Motors, then our future will be better.’
