Two LeT militants killed in Shopian overnight Gunfight: IGP Kashmir
Says one among killed militant Jan Mohd was involved in killing of Bank Manager Vijay Kumar

Srinagar, June 15:(GNS) Two LeT militants were killed in an overnight gunfight in Kanjuilar arsa of South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Wednesday.
Official sources told GNS that two militants associated with LeT were killed with police and security forces in Kanjuilar.
Meanwhile On the behalf of IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar, the Kashmir Police Zone wrote, ” One of the killed militants has been identified as Jan Mohd Lone of Shopian. Besides other militant crimes, he was involved in recent killing of Vijay Kumar, Bank manager on 2/6/22 in Kulgam district,”.
It’s pertinent to mention that Jammu and Kashmir’s Ellaqie Dehati Bank manager Vijay Kumar resident of Rajasthan’s Hanumangarh was shot dead by militants at Areh Mohanpora in the Kulgam district on 2nd June of this month.(GNS)
