Women Devotees Complain of Locked Washrooms at Hazrat Khawaja Masood Wali (RA) Shrine in Pampore
Srinagar: Devotees visiting the shrine of Hazrat Khawaja Masood Wali (RA) in Pampore have complained that the washrooms built by Idara Auqaf Islamia Trust Pampore remain locked.
Several women devotees said they face significant inconvenience due to the unavailability of washroom facilities.
When contacted, the shrine management said the washrooms were constructed by Idara Auqaf Islamia Trust, which keeps them open only on Fridays.
A local said the washrooms were built using public money, and devotees have urged the Waqf Board to take note of the issue, even though the shrine is not under its administration.
