Srinagar, Sep 9 (KB): Woodlands House School Srinagar, a beacon of education located in the heart of Srinagar, celebrated its 57th foundation day with great fervor and enthusiasm. The event was marked by a series of vibrant performances and special guests.

According to the Kashmir Bulletin (KB), the school ground came alive with the melodious notes of a welcome song performed by the students, setting the tone for the festivities. The young talents then took to the stage in a dazzling fashion show, showcasing their creativity and style.

 

“The audience was treated to an array of designs and outfits, reflecting the diverse talents within the student body. A musical item added an extra dimension to the celebration, with students displaying their musical prowess and captivating the audience with their harmonious melodies.”

 

The highlight of the event was the presence of the esteemed Chief Guest, President of the National Conference, who graced the occasion with his presence and delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the importance of education and nurturing young talents.

 

Speaking on the occasion, the Director of Woodland House School, Srinagar, Viraj Singh, told KB about his pride in the institution’s legacy and its continuous pursuit of excellence in education.

 

“He announced an exciting development for the school, stating, ‘Woodlands House School is poised to make history in the valley by introducing the first-ever Pickleball turf. This cutting-edge facility will be inaugurated in the coming week, opening up new avenues for sports and recreation.’

 

Likewise, the announcement of the Pickleball turf generated excitement among students, faculty, and parents alike, as it promises to provide a state-of-the-art sports facility for the school community.

 

Moreover, Woodlands House School’s 57th foundation day celebrations were a testament to the spirit of learning and innovation that defines the institution. With its unwavering commitment to education and the introduction of modern sports infrastructure, the school is poised to leave an indelible mark on the educational landscape of the valley.
