Srinagar, 06 April (KB): A Blast took place in a tempo vehicle which was parked in the car parking of Botanical Gardens area of Srinagar city, official said.
Police officials as per Kashmir Bulletin–(KB), said that today afternoon, at around 2:35 pm, one blast took place on the rear end of a tempo vehicle in the car parking of Botanical Gardens area of Srinagar. In this Incident one tempo vehicle got localised damage to rear door of this vehicle.
He also said that, Prima facie the blast seems to be accidental in nature, most probably causes due to a cylinder or other pressure equipment failure.
As per officials, the driver has been Identified as; Amjad Ali. He is in grievously injured and has been taken to the hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, Forensic Science Laboratory Division (FSL) team is on job and checking the vehicle to rule out any other probability. (Kashmir Bulletin–KB)
