Srinagar, 26 July: Umer Nazir born in the “ANAND of kashmir” the pulwama district of Jammu & Kashmir, India, currently residing in District Ganderbal. He is famous for his Illustrious voice. From classical to pop music, the aura of Umer Nazir has reached to far flung routes of success.
At the young age he started his journey, where he was famous for his bewitching voice. After receiving appreciation, his moral boosted and the immense love towards music made him to enroute to this eternal journey and wore the crown of music.
Did Complete his bachelors in Indian Classical Music from Kashmir University. Yet this was the start, mustering all the courage & fear of not loosing any opportunity, Umer Nazir found the Renowned Kashmiri Music Talent Show “MILAY SUR” in 2010 & because of his passion and the captivating voice, he won the title of Milay Sur season 2 .
For the undying love towards his Kashmiri culture Umer nazir dedicated his most of time to explore the beauty of kashmiri language. From being invited to many dignified places such as Doordarshan, Radio Kashmir to performing in institutions of Kashmir as well outside Kashmir Umer Nazir started to built his place in the hearts of people.
To excel in the field of music, Umer Nazir went to Mumbai to pursue his Masters in Indian Classical Music from “Mumbai University”.
Gaining experience from Local shows of Mumbai to being performed at Universities, Umer Nazir didn’t leave any stone of opportunities let go.
The growing love & passion towards his Music didn’t let him stop here but made him step in the social hub thus making his own YouTube channel, where by giving an authentic touch to music which made his aura strengthen. Admired by nature ,the scenery in each of his songs deepens it’s taste.. He gave a soothing and reposeful touch to the Kashmiri music. Some of his Famous songs include :”Rinda ho”, “Dilbaro”, “Haa Sher Sawaro”, “Roshay”, “Chaani Baapath”, and many more.
