Srinagar, Sep 01 (KB): A sanguine tribute was paid when DGP J&K R.R. Swain, Chairperson PWWA Prof. Rasmita Das Swain, and IGP Kashmir V.K. Birdhi visited the family of Late DSP Humayun Muzamil Bhat, a Kirti Chakra Awardee.
Homage was paid to the fallen hero, remembering his unprecedented mixture of bravery and compassion.
