Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has announced its recruitment drive for 2025, inviting applications for 246 vacancies across several positions. These include Junior Operator/ Grade I, Junior Attendant/ Grade I (SRD), and Junior Business Assistant/ Grade III (SRD). Qualification & Experience Required:
- Junior Operator/ Grade I:
- Matriculation (Class X) with a 2-year ITI diploma in specified trades.
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification work experience in relevant fields.
- Junior Attendant/ Grade I (SRD):
- Higher Secondary (Class XII) with 40% marks (relaxed for PwBD candidates).
- No experience required.
- Junior Business Assistant/ Grade III (SRD):
- Graduate with a minimum of 45% marks (relaxed for PwBD candidates).
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 1 year of work experience in a commercial enterprise or manufacturing organization.
Selection Process:
- Junior Operator & Junior Attendant: CBT followed by Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT).
- Junior Business Assistant: CBT followed by Computer Proficiency Test (CPT).
