Kishtwar 20-09-2021: As a part of the 75 week long celebration of Azadi Ka Amrut Mohatsav, Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art,Culture and Languages in collaboration with the local administration and Paddari Lok Kala Manch today on the direction of Secretary Cultural Academy Rahul Pandey organised the prodigious and well attended cultural programme here at sports stadium Gulab Garh Paddar wherein a large number of local artists performed their local cultural items.
The programme was conducted under the close supervision of Additional secretary JKAACL Sanjeev Rana and under the guidance of Cultural officer JKAACL Gulab Saify.
The local artists hailing from different parts of Paddar area displayed their talent through scintillating performances.
The programme was inaugurated by a prominent and senior local artist Jodh Ram Bhagat in presence of BDC chairman Arpan Singh ,DDC member Hari krishan Chauhan,SDM Paddar.
