Srinagar, 15 Feb (KB): Getting very famous from Kashmir song called “sitam” Saqib Mehraj become over night Music sensation From Jammu & Kadhmir, Saqib Mehraj haling from Nalbandpora Safakadal Srinagar, S/O Mehraj U Din Beigh Saqib completed his higher secondary education Through Sp School Srinagar Then Completed his Bachelor’s in B.com Through Islamia College of Science And commmerce. Saqib also did Masters Degree In Tourism Management In December 2018. 
‘‘Belong to Middle Class family I have many dreams, I want  to promote our kashmiri culture & Sufism across the globe’’, said saqib while talking to Kashmir Bulletin
Saqib said he was interested in music from childhood he used to make guitar from wooden pieces and fishing thread, Saqib got his first guitar in 2013 but there was no one who can teach me how to play, saqib used his pocket money to learn music from teachers. I was much inspired by Kashmiri Singer: Naseem ul Haq and Rashid Jahangir he added. Saqib is big fan  singer  Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Sonu Nigam. 

Couple of months ago saqib upload his Video on YouTube “Choori Chooray” which crossed 2.4 lakh views which is amazing and the people of J&k like his songs and recently he uploaded another song  on YouTube “Sitam” Which is Sung be Saqib Beigh, Acted by Adil Lone, Saqib Beigh and Haseena Sofi and Music was given by Downstrum Studio. Video filmed by Ehsan Khan. It basically a message for our Society about Drugs and negative behaviour with parents  in which our youth is completely involved―(Kashmir Bulletin)
