Shopian, 02 Oct (KB): One militant has been killed in an ongoing gunfight at Baskuchan village in Imamsahib area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Sunday, and has been identified as linked with LeT.
Talking to Microblogging site Twitter, Kashmir Zone police, while quoting ADGP Kashmiri a tweet as per Kashmir Bulletin–(KB), said that Killed militant has been identified, and has been linked with LeT outfit.
“Killed #terrorist identified as Naseer Ahmad Bhat of Nowpora Baskuchan #Shopian, linked with LeT #terror outfit. #Incriminating materials, arms & ammn including AK rifle recovered. He was involved in several #terror crimes and recently escaped from an #encounter: ADGP Kashmir,” Kashmir Zone Police tweeted—(Kashmir Bulletin–KB)
