2nd Person Injured in Sangri Top Mishap Also Succumbs

Srinagar, Dec 25 (KS): The second person, injured in the Sangri Top road mishap, has also succumbed taking the overall toll to two.

A medical officer informed news agency Kashmir Scroll that Mohammad Iqbal Najar who was admitted at SKIMS Soura, has succumbed to his injuries.

“He had sustained critical injuries alongside his colleague in a road accident at Sangri Top on Monday afternoon”, the medical officer said.

“His colleague Umar Ziki died soon after being taken to a hospital”, the officer said.

A police official has also confirmed to Kashmir Scroll about the tragic mishap and said that a case has been registered in this regard for further investigations. (KS)
