53 infiltrators killed in 28 gunfights in J&K

Srinagar, Nov 25, KNT: Joint Forces this year till date neutralized 53 infiltrators in Jammu and Kashmir. These infiltrators were killed in at least 28 gunfights.

The data available with the news agency Kashmir News Trust reveals that joint forces foiled 11 infiltration bids in different sectors of the Kupwara district followed by 7 in Rajouri, 5 in Poonch, 3 in Uri Sector of Baramulla and one in Reasi district of Jammu.

The data reveals that 9 infiltrators were killed in Poonch, 26 in Kupwara, 10 in Rajouri, 7 in Baramulla, and 1 in Reasi. [KNT]
