AAC condoles demise of well-wisher Abdul Qayoom Sofi
Srinagar, Dec 28 (KB): Jammu and Kashmir Awami Action Committee (AAC) has expressed grief and shock over the demise of Abdul Qayoom Sofi of Chattabal, Srinagar.
According to statement issued by ACC to Kashmir Bulletin — KB reads, Abdul Qayoom was a well-wisher of the organisation and the Mirwaiz family.
On the instructions of the AAC Chairman Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq, a delegation of the organisation visited Chattabal and expressed heartfelt condolences and sympathy with the deceased’s son Faizan Qayoom Sofi and his brother Latif Ahmad Sofi, it reads.
The delegation prayed for Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed soul and patience to the bereaved family members, reads the statement. (Kashmir Bulletin — KB)
