Ganderbal 4Th Feb 2021:Today an extensive Covid vaccination drive for frontline workers of J&K Police was carried out in the premises of DPL Ganderbal.
A camp was organised today for vaccinating the JK Police personnel who have been working actively for containing this Pandemic in Ganderbal district in collaboration with the District Hospital authorities.
The police officials led by Sr Supdt of Police Ganderbal Shri Khalil Ahmad Poswal -JKPS received their first shot of covid vaccine today as a part of immunisation programme against this pandemic. SSP Ganderbal advised all the official to shed any inhibitions and avail this opportunity of administering the vaccine for immunising the front line workers.
SSP Ganderbal further added that vaccination drive will be a key factor in strengthening our defense against this disease and will facilitate resumption of our daily life schedules.
He said that the successful adminstration of this vaccine will recognize the emergence of our leadership on global front in health sector.
He appreciated the efforts of all those police officials who are contributing with their efforts against covid pandemic. He also thanked the health officials for their assistance in administering the vaccine doses to police officials.
Pertinent to mention that Ganderbal police has been playing a key role in augmenting the efforts made by authorities for containing this pandemic.
