Dr. Farooq, Omar Abdullah condole demise of Thakur Kashmira Singh
Sagar, Kamal, Nasir condole demise, pray for peace to deceased, forbearance to bereaved
Srinagar, 04 May (KB) : The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Party President, Member of Parliament from Srinagar Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Mr. Omar Abdullah on Tuesday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of party functionary and Former MLC Thakur Kashmira Singh Ji, who breathed his last at military hospital in Jammu.
In their condolence message, The President and Vice President prayed for peace to the deceased and fortitude to the bereaved to bear the inconsolable loss.
As per a statement issued to Kashmir Bulletin (KB), the duo said the deceased will be remembered for his warm and endearing persona. Among others the party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Additional General Secretary Dr. Sheikh Mustufa Kamal, Provincial Presidents Nasir Aslam Wani, and Devender Singh Rana, Ajay Sadhotra, SS Slathia, Sajad Ahmed Kitchloo, Aijaz Jan, Sajad Shaheen, Satvant Kour Dogra have also condoled the demise of Kashmira Singh Ji, prayed for peace to soul, and forbearance to bereaved to bear the irreparable loss.
Meanwhile the Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar on Tuesday visited the bereaved family of Late Muhammad Shafi Mir (Garisaz) to express sympathies with them on the demise of wife of Late Muhammad Shafi Mir (Garisaz).
On the occasion, Sagar offered Fateh for the deceased, and expressed unison with the bereaved. Consoling the bereaved particularly in particular the sons of the deceased: Showkat Ahmed Mir, Imtiyaz Ahmed Mir and Mubarik Mir, he said the deceased will be remembered for her pious and affectionate persona.
Meanwhile Political Advisor to the Party Vice President Tanvir Sadiq has condoled the demise of veteran party member, Naib Sadar Mohalla Khawaja Muhammad Amin Rathar of Sadarbal and former Sadar Mohalla Ghulam Muhammad Rathar of Noushehar. While recalling their affiliation with Sher e Kashmir, Tanvir said, “Amin Sahib, and Ghulam Muhammad Sahib were known faces in their localities. They were widely respected for their pious persona and social work. The passing away of the duo has saddened me. It is a great loss for the party. I express my solidarity with the bereaved and pray for peace to the departed in the highest stations of Jannat,” he said.
Among others Party’s functionaries of Zadibal Mustaq Ahmed Beigh and Sheikh Javaid have also expressed unison with the bereaved and prayed for peace to the departed. (Kashmir Bulletin)
