Ghulam Hassan Mir greets people on Eid ul Fitr

Srinagar,12 May (KB): Former Cabinet Minister & Apni Party Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir felicitated people of the Jammu & Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Fitr.
In his felicitation message, Mir hoped this Eid brings along everlasting peace, happiness and prosperity to the people of J&K. Mir prayed the month long fastings and the night long supplications of the faithful are accepted and rewarded by the Almighty, he said in a statement issued to KB — Kashmir Bulletin.
Mir prayed for peace and prosperity and wished the Eid be harbinger for all-round development in the UT and the country. He also hoped that this holy occasion would strengthen the bonds of communal harmony, brotherhood and amity.
“Moreover, he impressed upon the affluent class to come forward in these tough times for the rescue of the downtrodden and weaker sections of the society.”
“I am sure that if all of us pitch in and join our efforts, we would easily sail out through the existing crises. I profoundly express my solidarity with those families who have lost their loved ones in the COVID-19 crises and pray for an early recovery of all those who have tested positive for the contagion” Mir said.
