For Chief Program Executive
Remuneration
Rs. 60,000 per month
Qualification
The candidate should be a Graduate preferably with experience working in educational institutions, think tanks, etc.
Experience
Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Prior experience in curriculum design, and program management is desirable.
Computer literate and experience in database navigation and should be well conversant with MS
Office applications.
For Research Associate
Remuneration
Rs. 40,000 per month
Qualification
LLM.
Experience
2 to 3 years of experience.
Desirable Work Experience – Prior experience working in Academica OR Research Foundations. Candidates having Research Publications will be preferred.
For Senior Research Associate
Remuneration
Rs. 65,000 per month
Qualification
An advanced Degree/Diploma in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) or other relevant disciplines from a respected educational institution is required.
Understanding of ESG, United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, National Guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct, and Business Responsibility Reporting, with experience in interpreting legal provisions on ESG is desirable;
An ability to organize and deal efficiently with administrative matters;
Ability and willingness to work collaboratively and collegially
The candidate would be given preference with advocacy and consultancy background
Excellence in research, writing, and communication skills.
Experience
Demonstrated interest with an experience of minimum 3 years in the relevant field of ESG and BHR
Deep understanding of the subject and a high-quality scholar in the ESG and BHR domain
An ability to coordinate research activity in this area, with experience in empirical research being an advantage

The appointment will be made on the recommendations, on the basis of a written test and/or interview, of a Selection Committee, constituted for this purpose. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
