JKSSB Sub Inspector Posts in the Home Department: Important Notice Regarding Physical Examinations
Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has successfully conducted the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Endurance Test (PET) for the post of Sub Inspector in the Home Department. The tests were in accordance with Notification No. 06 of 2021 and took place on 16th December 2023 at Gulshan Ground, Jammu.
The list of candidates who have qualified the PST/PET is now available for public information. To access the list, candidates can refer to Annexure A attached to this notice.
This crucial step in the selection process ensures that candidates meet the required physical standards and possess the endurance necessary for the responsibilities associated with the Sub Inspector role in the Home Department.
The Deputy Controller of Examinations, Ab Baseer Ahmad (JKAS), who also serves as the Member Secretary of the Committee for PST/PET, has overseen the successful execution of these tests.
The Additional Chief Secretary of the Home Department, Civil Secretariat, Srinagar/Jammu, along with the Special Director General of Crime, J&K, who chairs the Committee for PST/PET, has been duly informed about the outcome.
Furthermore, the Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, Civil Secretariat, J&K, Jammu, has been apprised of the successful completion of these tests for their kind information.
In a bid to disseminate this important information to the public, the Director of Information & Public Relations, J&K, Jammu, has been requested to publish the notice in at least two leading newspapers of Jammu/Srinagar on two consecutive dates.
