Tenure of Appointment

Eligibility Criteria for MHA Recruitment 2025

Educational and Professional Qualification

Candidates interested in applying for the Senior Consultant post must meet the following criteria:

• For Retired Government Employees:
  • Must be a retired Central/State Government/PSU employee at the Deputy Secretary/Director level or equivalent (Level-12/13 of the 7th CPC pay matrix).
  • Must have 10 years of experience in Land Management, Survey Analysis, Geo-tagging, and Mapping Data.
  • Government officers scheduled to retire within one year may also apply. They will be kept on a panel and considered after their superannuation, if required.
• For Non-Retired Candidates:
  • Must hold an MBA degree.
  • Should have 10 years of experience in Land Management/Asset Monetization.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in:
    • Ministries handling coordination work with Central/State Governments.
    • Revenue/Land Management matters.
    • Asset Monetization and Survey work with reputed private or international companies.
  • Should be capable of handling monetization work independently and coordinating with various departments such as Central Ministries, State Revenue Departments, and Private Consultants.

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in computer applications, MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Age Limit for MHA Recruitment 2025

The age criteria for applicants are as follows:

• For retired government employees: Not more than 64 years.
• For others: Not more than 45 years.

Place of Posting

The selected candidate will be posted at the Delhi Head Office of CEPI.

Working Hours

The Senior Consultant will be required to work according to normal office hours. However, in case of urgent work, they may be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
