*Vehicular Traffic Movement On NH-44 Between Nashri & Navyug Tunnel To Remain Suspended for 4 Hrs on Friday & Saturday* Srinagar, Nov 23 (KS): Vehicular traffic movement on National Highway (NH-44) between Nashri and Navyug tunnel will remain suspended for four hours on Friday and Saturday. "Vehicular movement on Jammu-Srinagar NHW (NH-44) will remain suspended between Nashri and NAVYUG Tunnel on 24/25-11-2023 (Friday and Saturday) from 0000 hrs to 0400 hrs. (Intervening night of 23/24-11-2023 and 24/25-11-2023)", a communique in this regard as per Kashmir Scroll reads. "No vehicle shall be allowed after 2100 hrs from Qazigund towards Jammu and from Udhampur towards Srinagar on 23-11-2023 and 24-11-2023 in view of launching of girders at Nashri viaduct, fixing of Jet fans at Peerah and T5 Tunnel to ensure safety of general populace/travellers /drivers", the communique reads. "People are advised to contact TCU Jammu, Udhampur, Ramban and Srinagar for regular updates and visit the Twitter handle, Facebook page of Traffic Police J&K", it reads further. (KS)
