Says Widespread light to Moderate Rain/snow likely in plains of J&K , Possibility of Heavy snow over higher Reaches

A Western Disturbance is most likely to affect J&K during 5-7th Dec. Widespread light to Moderate snowfall/Rain in plains of JMU & Ksh, is expected during above period. Some places on higher reaches (above 2000m) may receive heavy snow( 1-2feet) whereas plains likely to receive 2-3inches of snow. As of today, There’s NO forecast of Heavy Snow/Rain in plains.
