Srinagar, Feb 26 (KB): A leopard was spotted by locals in the Parraypora area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district. Soon after, a manhunt was launched by wildlife officials to trap the animal.
Reports reaching the Kashmir Bulletin (KB) said that the leopard was sighted by some locals, and wildlife officials began a search to capture the wild animal.

An official from the wildlife department told KB, “we have received information about the animal’s presence in the area, but we have not found any substantial clues yet.”
“A team is scanning the entire area, but nothing conclusive about the animal’s presence. The manhunt is ongoing to trap the wild animal,” he added. (Kashmir Bulletin–KB)
