ARMY CELEBRATED WORLD FATHER’S DAY WITH AWAM
Kupwara, June 20:The third Sunday of June is designated as World Father’s Day. This year it falls on 20 June.
In order to pay tribute to fathers or father figures as they play a vital role in nurturing children, World Father’s Day was celebrated by Army with AWAM of Lolab valley at Markul COB. More than 30 fathers along with their children participated in the celebration.
The event was very much appreciated by locals who hoped for more such events in future in order to connect with main stream.
