All Universities, colleges and technical/ skill development Institutions in J&K shall remain closed for imparting on- çampus in-person education to the students till 31.07.2021, except for the courses/ programs that require physical presence of students on account of laboratory/ research/ thesis work and internship etc. Teaching in all these institutions will be in on-line mode.
All schools and coaching centers in J&K shall continue to remain closed for imparting on-campus/in-person education to students of all classes till 31.07.2021.
All Deputy Commissioners shall focus on the Positivity rates of the Medical-Blocks under their jurisdictions. It has been noticed that 04 Blocks in Kashmir division and 06
Blocks in Jammu have shown Positivity rates higher than 2 % in the past weak.
Stricter measures, related to Covid Appropriate Behaviour and opening of activities, will have to be taken by the DCs in these Blocks.
