Cold weather conditions; DSEK changes school timing

Srinagar, 31 Oct (KB): Amid cold wave conditions in Kashmir Valley, Directorate of School Education Kashmir announced change in school timing w.e.f 1st of November in Kashmir Division.

According t an official order issued by Directorate of School Education Kashmir, reads, The classwork in respect of both Government as well as recognised Private Schools of Kashmir Division w.e.f 01.11.2022, Schools falling within Srinagar Municipal limits shall function From 10.am to 3.00 pm, it reads.

Whileas, Schools falling outside Municipal limits of Srinagar District and other areas of Kashmir Province shall function From 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, it reads

The order/instructions shall be adhered to strictly by all the concerned institutions. Any deviation in this regard shall be viewed seriously, reads an order (Kashmir Bulletin — KB)
