All above candidates are directed to report the Health & Medical Education Department,J&K, Civil Secretariat Srinagar within a period of (21) days for submission of their Personal Verification Rolls (PVR) through online mode to the CID for verification of their Character and Antecedents before issuance of formal engagement orders. If any candidate fa ils to submit his/her PVRs within a period of (21) days from the date of issuance of this notification, he/she shall forego his/ her right to appointment forthwith.
