Following his major tight with Kapil, Sunil made an exit from the show. While the makers reportedly tried their best to bring him back, the Bharat actor never agreed to their request.
Just when the rumours of The Kapil Sharma Show returning with a new season surfaced on the internet, Sony TV released a new promo for their show India’s Laughter Champion. What caught everyone’s attention was Sunil Grover’s act? TV’s Gutthi made an impactful comeback as Dr. Mashoor Gulati in the comedy show, leaving everyone excited.
From flirting with Archana Puran Singh to cheering for the contestants, Sunil entertained everyone with his antics. Indeed, it was a perfect comeback the Pathakhaa actor.

Fans even wondered if Sunil would join Kapil and his team in the new season of TKSS . The Baaghi star, while interacting with a portal, opened up on working in the show along with Kapil and others.
When asked if he wants to join them, Sunil told ETimes, “Currently, there is no plan such plan.”
Earlier this year, Sunil Grover underwent multiple bypass surgeries. The 44-year-old had shared a post on his official Twitter handle to inform fans about his health. Expressing his gratitude towards his followers, he said that he was recovering post the treatment.
“Bhai treatment theek ho gaya, Meri chal rahi hai healing, Aap sab ki duaaon ke liye, Gratitude hai meri feeling! Thoko taali! (Brother, my treatment has been done, I’m healing now. I’m grateful for all the blessings and wishes.),” he wrote on the micro-blogging site. Grover had even made a reference of a famous line from Comedy Nights with Kapil in his tweet.
