UGC NET December 2023 Exam admit Card/call letter, important Guidelines & Documents required

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to conduct the UGC NET December 2023 exam on December 6, 2023, in two shifts. Candidates are required to be present at the exam hall by 8:30 am for the first shift and 2:30 pm for the second shift.

To gain entry to the exam centre, candidates must carry the UGC NET Admit Card 2023, which can be downloaded from the official website: ugcnet.nta.ac.in. It is crucial to bring a valid photo ID matching the one used during the application process.

The accepted forms of ID include Aadhaar Card, Employee ID Card, Photo ID Card issued by Central/State Govt. or the University/College, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or Passport. Candidates claiming PWD category relaxation must also carry a PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

According to the official UGC NET Exam Pattern 2023, both Paper 1 and Paper 2 consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with no negative marking. Paper 1 is for 100 marks, while Paper 2 is for 200 marks, with each question carrying 2 marks. The exam duration is 3 hours

Candidates can choose subjects for Paper 2, including political science, philosophy, geography, history, Indian culture, law, commerce, and more. Paper 1 is uniform for all candidates, focusing on general awareness of the learning process related to higher education and teaching abilities.

  • Login to the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in
  • On the homepage, click on the link for UGC NET December 2023 admit card
  • In the next tab, enter the login credentials
  • UGC NET admit card 2023 will appear
  • Download and take a print out.
