Vehicle found involved in militancy case seized in Bandipora
Srinagar, Dec 23 (KS):- A vehicle that was found to be involved in a militancy related case has been seized in Bandipora district.
An official told News Agency Kashmir Scroll that Bandipora police seized a vehicle Maruti Swift bearing Reg No JK15B / 0992 which was found involved in Case FIR No 103/ 2023 U/s 23,39 UA(P) Act 3/4 Exp Sub Act of P/s Bandipora as “Proceeds of Terrorism ” U/s 25 UA(P) Act.
He said that the vehicle was seized after obtaining confirmation order from divisional commissioner kashmir. (KS)
