THDC Recruitment 2023: THDC India Limited (THDCIL) is looking for eligible and willing candidates for the post of General Manager in (Civil and Electrical discipline), Manager and Dy. Manager. According to the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, there are 05 vacancies available for the above-mentioned post. The maximum age limit is between 40 to 55 years. The selected candidates should get a monthly salary on a grade pay level 4 to level 8.
In accordance with the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a personal interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview. As mentioned in the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, candidates of the General/OBC/EWS categories will have to pay Rs.600 as a registration fee. - The maximum age limit for the post of Manager is 45 years.

Qualification and Experience for THDC Recruitment 2023:
In accordance with the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, candidates have must required qualification and experience as under-
1. For General Manager-
- Full-Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/ in relevant Discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India.
Experience-
- Post qualification executive experience of 25 years in executive/ officer cadre out of which minimum 1 year in equivalent grade/ scale (CDA/IDA) IDA: 1,20,000-3%- 2,80,000 or Equivalent Level (Private Sector)of Rs. 40 lacs p.a CTC.
2. For Manager-
- Full-Time B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg./Technology)/MCA/ Level “B” examination in Computer Science/ IT from recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks.
Experience-
- Post Qualification experience of 11 years out of which at least 3 years in immediate lower grade/scale (CDA/IDA) IDA Pay Scale:70,000- 3%- 2,00,000 or Equivalent Level (Private Sector) of Rs.23 lacs p.a CTC.
3. For Dy. Manager-
- Full-Time B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg./Technology)/MCA/ Level “B” examination in Computer Science/ IT from a recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks.
Experience-
- Post Qualification experience of 06 years out of which at least 3 years in immediate lower grade/scale (CDA/IDA) IDA Pay Scale:60,000- 3%- 1,80,000 Equivalent Level (Private Sector) of Rs. 18 lacs p.a CTC.
Salary for THDC Recruitment 2023:
In accordance with the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get monthly salary on a pay scale between level 4 to level 8.
Selection Process for THDC Recruitment 2023:
As given in the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the selection of candidates will be on the basis of experience in the respective field and performance in the interview. Candidates will be shortlisted as per a ratio of 1:5.
Registration Fee for THDC Recruitment 2023:
As per the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, candidates belonging to the General and OBC/EWS categories will have to pay Rs.600 as a registration fee. The candidates of SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-servicemen/ Departmental are exempted to pay the registration fee.
