Srinagar, Oct 26 (KB): Five families became refugees, after they suffer damage in a late night blaze, which occurred in Tanki mohalla near Jamia masjid area of Central Kashmir’s district Srinagar on Tuesday late evening.
In this tragic incident, five residential house got damaged as the house is the area are said to be tightly packed and close to each other.
One of the sufferer whose, house got damaged in the incident, while talking to Kashmir Bulletin–(KB), said that yesterday, at around 9 PM in the night, there was a cry of fire in the area, and the fire is said to be engulfed from a nearby crockery shop.
“As the fire spread in the area, our house too got damaged, and got engulfed in the fire incident, and within a short period of time, we have to run from our house to our life.”
“As we were out from our house to save our life, we could not save our house hold things, the food which we eat, and even the clothes which we used to wore also got damaged, and gets engulfed in the fire. Now, we have left with nothing, without the name of Allah.”
“I even have a loan, amount of Rs 10 lakh, which I have to pay. I am a single bread earner in my house and also have a daughter, please tell where should I go, and whom should I ask for my damage,” said the owner of the house while raising a cry of help from the administration. (Kashmir Bulletin–KB)
