Important Notification for JKBOSE Class 9th Students – Read Now
JKBOSE Notification regarding correction in registered particulars for the recorded students of Class 9th for the Session 2022-24
In continuation to Notification No. F(Regn-B)/Corr./SZ/9th/JD/23 dated 27-03-2023 and F(Regn-B)/Corr./9th/JD/23 dated 30-09-2023, It is notified for the information to all the affiliated Govt/Pvt. High/Higher Secondary institutions falling under Jammu Division to apply for correction if any, in the Registered particulars as recorded in the Registration Return of the candidates submitted through online mode pertaining to the students of Class 9th for the Session 2022-24, who are going to appear in the Class 10th examination, Session Annual Regular, 2024, JD.
The correction fee of Rs.1000/- per candidate be charged w.e.f 04-12-2023 to 18-12- 2023 and the correction cases along with the relevant supporting documents (class 8th Original Marks card checklist mentioning R.R Nos) be submitted to Divisional office and the concerned Sub/Branch office through offline mode as per annexure ‘A’ appended with this Notification.
The Assistant Secretary/s/Incharge Officers of Sub/Branch Office of JKBOSE shall consolidate and verify the same as per 8th class marks card and forward all such eligible cases to the R.R Section, JD in hard copy strictly as per Annexure-A upto 20-12-2023 positively.
