Today on 20th April, Shri Aneesh Sirchi, DIG, CRPF flagged off the Bharat Darshan Tour 2021-22 w.e.f 20/04/2022 to 25/04/2022 organised for the students of J&K in presence of Shri Rabish Kumar Singh, Commandant 179 Bn. CRPF, Shri Manish Sharma, Commandant 177 Bn, CRPF and Sh. Rajiv Ranjan, Second in Command, 179 Bn, CRPF.
2. CRPF has been deeply engaged with the people of Jammu and Kashmir through a variety of innovative outreach programme like the Bharat Darshan Tour events and various other Civic Action Programme.
3.During an impressive function held at 179 Bn HQ CRPF, Town Hall, Sopore as many as 16 students and two (2) teachers are participating in Bharat Darshan Tour which is as per direction of Govt of India under MHA. 179 Bn CRPF is conducting Bharat Darshan Tours/Watan Ko Jano/Youth exchange programme under CAP activities in J&K in which the students will be visiting Delhi and Agra where they will get a chance to see the various historical monuments and other significant places.
Bharat Darshan Tour provides new experiences and vast exposure to the student of Jammu & Kashmir and gives them an opportunity to explore the country at a young age and expand their exposure to the country’s rich socio-culture and religious heritage there by making them ambassador of peace.
