Ganderbal, 30 Aug (KB): A 43-year-old tourist trekker from Delhi died due to cold in the Naranag area of Kangan, Ganderbal, on Friday, an official said.
A police official told news agency Kashmir Bulletin that a group of trekkers had gone for trekking to Naranag, in which one person died.
The official identified the deceased as Rohit Syal, a resident of West Delhi.
